Biography: Caitlin Trainor

Caitlin Trainor has combined her experience in dance, choreography, personal training, pilates, and yoga to create CAITLINmiracle transformative health and fitness.

With almost 10 years experience as a personal trainer, yoga, dance, and pilates instructor, Caitlin's love of people and the body excite her endlessly.

Caitlin holds an undergraduate degree in dance from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, and a MFA in the dance from Mills College in Oakland, CA. She is an ACE certified lifestyle and weight management consultant, an ACE certified personal trainer, and is certified to teach Pilates mat by the Kane School of Core Integration.

Caitlin is on the faculty of Barnard College/Columbia University, and has taught at Sarah Lawrence College, Montclair State University, Providence College, and various other institutions. Her performance career has led her across the country and overseas, as she has danced at the Metropolitan Opera House, Shea Stadium, and on the walls of Lincoln Center.

Caitlin teaches a delightful range of students, ages 5-85. These students include golfers, mothers, cancer survivors, developmentally disabled children, runners, skiers and snowboarders. Caitlin is adaptable, personable, and energetic, and enjoys creating the perfect session for each unique student and situation.
