Get Caitlinmiracle services in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Whether you want to save travel time, be near your family, do yoga on your lunch break, or just like working out in your pj's, we will come to you. It couldn't be any easier to get fit.
The initial meeting
Your first meeting, an overall fitness evaluation, is with Caitlin at the Chrysalis Studio. During this meeting, your fitness is assessed, clearly defined goals are set, and an individual plan is developed.
Get matched with the trainer who suits your needs
Considering your goals, preferences, and abilities, you will then be matched with the Caitlinmiracle fitness professional who best suits your needs. You might be matched with a long time yoga practitioner, a pilates expert, a competitive triathlete, or a marathoner. This trainer will travel to your home or office for regular sessions and work with you on a fun and variable workout tailored to reach your health and fitness goals.
Progress Evaluation
Periodically, you will meet with Caitlin to monitor your progress. During this meeting, fitness will be reassessed, obstacles confronted, goals will be reviewed and your program will be modified as needed.
This system of is one of the most effective ways to get the most out of your workouts and successfully reach your goals. Information, motivation, and supervision are all part of the recipe for success.
The Transformation
As you move forward with your Caitlinmiracle program, you will have the opportunity to try various types of workouts, and expand your vision of health and wellness. Try a physio-ball resistance workout, pilates, an outdoor cardio challenge, or a dynamic movement workout. We believe in the power of transformation through physical endeavors, and will provide the tools that you need to experience optimal health and fitness.
*For those who cannot travel easily, the fitness evaluation can be adapted to an in-home service.

Private exercise session

A favorite among seniors, this workout is a series of flowing and rhythmic movements set to music. This workout expands range of motion, builds strength and flexibility, and improves balance. Music is adapted to the preferences of the participant.Back Pain BeGone
Musculo-skeletal problems have recently surpassed the common cold as the number one physical ailment. Sadly, few people are aware that pain and spasm are caused by muscular imbalance, poor body mechanics, and carrying excess weight. Oftentimes, back pain is treated with muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatory drugs, and the underlying cause of the pain is ignored. This session is designed to educate the pain sufferer, strengthen the deep supportive core muscles, and stretch muscles that pull the body out of alignment and into pain. (60 minutes)
