I am sure to feel 100% better about myself by the end of the hour, no matter how crappy I felt prior to the session. Shortly after getting engaged I began working on the "wedding dress" body. I was working out on my own and attending some classes at the gym but couldn't seem to shake those last few pounds. I decided to invest in some professional help and began weekly sessions with Caitlin. We sat down, defined specific goals and then created a plan to achieve those goals. Caitlin was incredibly supportive when I wasn't seeing results and adjusted my sessions accordingly. Weekly we discussed my diet and workout sessions; knowing that I'd have to "report in" each week really kept me on schedule. She is a natural teacher whose explanations and demonstrations are perfect.”
