What to Expect: A Health Make-Over
Working with CAITLINmiracle, is different than spending an hour a week with a trainer doing a one size fits all workout. The process begins with an overall wellness evaluation, followed by the development of a comprehensive health and fitness plan. What you can expect is a whole health make-over, with each subsequent session contributing to the success of your plan.
An extensive assessment is performed, including:
- cardiorespiratory fitness assessment
- skeletal alignment evaluation
- flexibility testing
- nutritional consultation
- determination of your Ayurvedic constitution
- a discussion of nutrition, lifestyle, and sleep habits
- goal setting
- development of detailed action plan
The initial assessment takes 90-120 minutes.
Prepare by recording a 3 day food log. Record everything you normally consume (beverages included), and the time of day at which each item is consumed. At our first meeting, wear sneakers and comfortable clothing that you can move in.
